If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to refund or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Returns of used or washed products will be subject to a 15% fee.
Please send us an email with your order number at email@example.com and we’ll send you labels and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the refund is processed an email will be sent to you and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for this to process.
For exchanges, we prefer to just do returns and allow you to place a new order. But depending on your case, we’ll let you know the best way for us to handle it.

You can return a gift for store credit. Please send us an email with the order number on the gift receipt to email@example.com and we’ll send you instructions.
All sales for flash sales are final. This includes Black Friday sales. There are no returns accepted.
We provide free return shipping to the continental US. We will send you the label with the instructions once you email us. For all other regions, shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
